All your gallery options are accessible via the left navigation menu in your website’s backend interface. Simply click on the last heading named ‘Gallery’ and you will be shown a summary of the galleries in use on your website.
Adding Images to an Existing Gallery
1. Select ‘Add Gallery / Images’ under the ‘Gallery’ menu on the left side of the page.
2. Select ‘Upload Images’ which is the fourth tab at the top of the resulting page.
3. Click on ‘Browse’ and find the image you would like to add.
4. Select the gallery to which this new image should be added from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the blue ‘Upload Images’ and the image will now be visible online.
Editing/Deleting Uploaded Images
1. Select ‘Manage Gallery’ under the ‘Gallery’ menu on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the name of the gallery whose images you wish to edit.
The first section controls the gallery details, which you do not need to modify. The second section is a list of all the images in this particular gallery.
3. To keep an image on the server but to hide it from the public check off the box under the ‘exclude’ column and click on ‘Save Changes ‘ at the top or bottom of this section. The image will be hidden.
4. To crop the image’s thumbnail to a preferred size, hover your cursor over the image in the list and click on ‘Edit thumb’ in the mini-menu that appears. Follow the steps to crop your image.
5. To delete an image permanently, hover your cursor over the image in the list and click on ‘Delete’ in the mini-menu that appears.
